We want you to love every purchase. If something isn't right, here's how we make it right.

Return Window

You may return most items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided they are unused and in their original packaging.

How to Start a Return

1. Open My Orders and find the order containing the item.
2. Contact us with your order number and the reason for the return.
3. We'll confirm your return authorisation and arrange collection or drop-off.
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is processed within 5 business days.

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to your original payment method (Paynow, EcoCash, OneMoney) or as store credit, whichever you prefer.

Non-Returnable Items

• Perishable goods (food and beverages)
• Personal care and hygiene products
• Digital downloads
• Custom or personalised orders

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos - we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund, including any shipping costs.
